Vetted Solutions is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a senior living community in Morris Plains, New Jersey.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, following ISP plans, promoting safety and independence, engaging residents in daily activities, supporting dining services, and communicating with families. Paid training and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 18 years or older required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

We are seeking compassionate individuals to provide hands‑on support and build meaningful relationships with residents in a senior living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP)
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence among residents
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with residents' families and care team members
• Create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss in Memory Care settings

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• 18 years or older
