Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Westmont, IL is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents daily. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and help create a warm, safe living environment.

You will engage residents through conversation and activities, assist dining and mobility, and collaborate with care teams and families to ensure dignity and independence for each resident.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range:

15.50 - 19.40
