Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow individualized service plans, promote safety and dignity, and support dining services in a warm, caring environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain), and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to resident care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
