Ovation by Avamere is seeking a dedicated caregiver for full-time, on-site work in Washington, UT. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities, mobility, meals, and companionship, while maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience in memory care or assisted living settings, ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and a Food Handler's Card, and a friendly professional demeanor with residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe work environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain a safe work environment. Report safety concerns in the resident apartments to the supervisor.
• Assists with the orientation of new residents and staff when assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

Requirements

• Prefer experience as a Caregiver in a Memory Care Unit and or Assisted Living Facility.
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain active CPR/First Aid Certification during employment.
• Must have the ability to obtain a Food Handler's Card.
• Experience in electronic medical records documentation.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor with residents and guests.
