Job summary

TLC Care Services is looking for a compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our Hawaii team on the Big Island, Waikoloa area. You will provide direct patient care, take histories, assist with exams, and support care plans in a collaborative setting.

We offer hourly rates of $18–$20 depending on CNA certification, with full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements. Candidates should have CPR/First Aid, TB test, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and reside on the Big Island.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Current TB test.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Valid Vehicle Insurance.
• Must Live on the Big Island.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical records.
