Job summary

TLC Care Services hires caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical and ABA services across several Alaska regions, and now seeking qualified caregivers in Hawaii. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in patients' homes on the Big Island, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team.

A valid CPR/First Aid certification and TB test are required. Qualified applicants live on the Big Island, possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance, and demonstrate strong

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics.
• Record and maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Caregiver (Hourly Rate: Non-CNA $18/hr, CNA $20/hr)
