Job summary

Village Caregiving in Dayton, OH is seeking Home Health Caregivers to support residents in Urbana, Ohio and surrounding areas. This role offers part-time or PRN schedules with potential to grow into full-time, along with bonuses and daily pay.

You will assist clients with ambulation and mobility, personal care and hygiene, and help with prescribed exercises. Additional duties include shopping, light housekeeping, meal prep, and timely reporting of any incidents.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• STNA license or one+ year of verifiable professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (appointments, walks).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene including bathing and toileting.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other prescribed exercises.
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any unusual incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks etc.)
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene including bathing and toileting
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own, including preparing meals
• Report any unusual incidents
