Job summary

Oakmont Management Group and Ivy Living are seeking a Care Provider to assist residents with daily living activities and care plans. You will help with bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, and monitoring comfort, aiming to enhance independence and quality of life.

Shifts are Sunday through Thursday, 6am–2pm; Monday and Sunday are required. The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork, and commitment to service across our senior living communities.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Able to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Criminal background check and health screening required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs as per care plan (eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring).
• Respond promptly to needs while maintaining dignity and safety.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment and follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and collaborate with departments.

Responsibilities

Assist residents in their Activities of Daily Living ADL as specified in the residents service and care plan This includes eating bathing dressing toileting transferring walking and continenceRespond to residents needs promptly while maintaining residents self respect dignity safety and confidentialityCommunicate any observed or suspected resident change of condition to a supervisor immediatelyMaintain a safe and secure environment for all staff residents and guests following established safety standardsEncourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co workers and other departments
