Job summary

Caring Senior Services is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team of care heroes. Directly impact clients by helping them stay independent and safe at home with compassionate, reliable care.

We offer flexible hourly, part-time or full-time schedules, weekends/evenings, PPE, training, and 24/7 supervisor support. Certification is a plus; training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Direct care experience in home health or similar settings.
• Reliable and compassionate with strong communication.
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and build relationships with clients.
• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing and transfers.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Monitor health, track medications and report changes.

What You’ll Do:

• Bring Joy & Companionship: Build meaningful relationships with seniors or those with disabilities.
• Empower Independence: Assist with daily activities like dressing, grooming, bathing, and safe transfers.
• Create a Safe Haven: Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and prepare nutritious meals.
• Provide Essential Care: Monitor health conditions, track medication, and report changes to CSS Staff.

What We Are Looking For:

• Reliable
• Total Care Experience
• Individual willing to work 12 hour shifts
• Hoyer Lift experience
• A compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID, reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with mobility.
• Certification (CNA, HHA, or PCA) is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
