Job summary

Home Instead in Tennessee is seeking caring Care Pros to join our in-home support team. The role involves driving to clients' homes, greeting and engaging with clients, reviewing notes, and providing companionship and practical assistance as needed.

You'll help with meals, light housekeeping, and getting clients ready for appointments, while maintaining safety and dignity for our clients. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a working vehicle and valid car insurance.
• Applicants must provide a valid DL.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Care Pros drive to clients' homes, greet them, and review notes from family or other caregivers.
• Care Pros listen to clients' stories and provide companionship.
• Care Pros help with meals and light housework as needed.
• Care Pros assist with getting clients ready for appointments and accompany them to transport.

A Day in the Life of a Care Pro

Each client and their specific needs will be different. Home Instead Care Pros are encouraged to find their own unique ways to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. Care Pros drive to their clients' homes, greet them, check notes from other caregivers or family members documented in the client binder. Care Pros will often sit and listen to clients' stories, make them a meal, clean around the house, and get clients ready before driving them to and from appointments.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older

Pay

$15/ hr starting pay

$17-18/hr for certain locations and shift lengths

Bonuses for reviews and referrals
