Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC in Scottsdale is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, follow Individualized Service Plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents through conversations and daily activities.

You will assist dining services, maintain a welcoming environment, and communicate with families and care leaders. Memory Care experience is valued as you create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
