Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is hiring compassionate caregivers across the greater Tucson area, including Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Vail and Green Valley. We offer flexible shifts (2–4 hours, 8–12 hours), day/evening/overnight options, and weekends, with a welcoming team that values the work you do in clients’ homes.

As a caregiver, you will provide companionship, help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders, and build professional relationships with clients and families.

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Driver's License Required

Short Shifts

Do you prefer shorter shifts of 2, 3 or 4 hours? This is a perfect part-time job for a caregiver, semi-retired person, homemaker, or housekeeper needing a flexible schedule. We have shifts that will match your availability, mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends. Caregivers must be reliable and available to commit to ongoing schedules with clients.

Long Shifts

This is a great job for anyone looking for 12-hour or 8-hour shifts with flexibility. We have day shifts that will match your availability, weekdays and weekends, full-time and part-time. Work in a fulfilling environment, one-on-one in people’s homes.

Nights and Overnights

Are you a night owl? We have overnight and nighttime positions available to meet your availability and/or preferred work schedule. We have weekday and weekend shifts available. Get paid to do what you love -- helping others -- during the quietest time of the day! We only ask that you commit to ongoing work.

Experienced Caregivers
