Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking caring, reliable individuals to provide in-home care across San Diego. No experience is required—training is provided. You will be valued, supported, and recognized for the impact you make with every client visit.

Positions offer full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules, direct deposit, and weekend coverage bonuses. Overtime and holiday pay are included, along with paid orientation and ongoing training.

• Assist clients with personal care, meals, and daily routines to support independence
• Provide companionship and emotional support during visits
• Give medication reminders and monitor changes in client condition
• Build trusting relationships through kindness, clear communication, and professionalism
• Be dependable—arrive on time, stay consistent, and give your best each shift

What We're Looking For

We're looking for caregivers who:

• Love brightening someone's day and making a positive difference

• Are looking for a consistent work schedule

• Have an open and flexible schedule

• Are available to work a minimum of 24 hours per week

• Can work at least one weekend shift

• Can speak and understand basic English

• Have a caring attitude and willingness to learn

Additional requirements:

• Willingness to work overnight shifts is a plus

• High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required)
