Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare in Tucson seeks compassionate Certified Caregivers to provide in-home care and support. Join a team that values dedication, reliability, and personal connection with clients and families.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. A valid driver’s license is required to travel between client homes and maintain flexible scheduling commitments.

Qualifications

• Experienced in activities of daily living (ADLs) and caregiving tasks.
• Comfortable providing non-medical companionship and social engagement.
• Able to perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Capable of establishing friendly, professional relationships with clients and families.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support to clients.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Offer companionship and social interaction to enhance quality of life.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, family, and office staff.
• Maintain professional conduct and dependable shift coverage.

As a Certified Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Experienced and Skilled in all Activities of daily living, Hoyer lift experience
• Must provide all type's of personal care needs as a Certified Caregiver
• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish friendly communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, office staff and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Driver's License Required
