Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking compassionate PCAs to provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, helping them live safely and comfortably. You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders, delivering reliable support in patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation or reliable way to shift locations.
• Be reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 Step TB testing – company paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients to help them live safely and comfortably.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, laundry) and meal preparation.
• Medication reminders and supporting daily living activities.
