Arcadia Home Care & Staffing, a national home care and staffing provider with 45+ years of experience, offers flexible full- and part-time hours to fit personal needs and meaningful, independent work in a supportive team.

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll assist elderly and disabled clients at home, with training provided and opportunities to make a real difference daily. A background check and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check is required.
• Reliable transportation or a workable commute to shifts.
• Must be reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2-step TB testing paid by the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, helping them live safely and comfortably.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Home support (light housekeeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, laundry).
• Prepare and serve meals and provide medication reminders.
