Job summary

Arcadia Home Care & Staffing is seeking compassionate in-home care providers to support elderly and disabled clients in their homes. Flexible full-time and part-time hours are available. No experience required; paid training provided.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, light housework, and medication reminders, helping clients live safely and comfortably. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation/ way to shift.
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized.
• 2 Step TB testing- company paid.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for elderly and disabled clients, helping them live safely and comfortably.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Home support (light housekeeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing dishes, laundry)
• Preparing and serving meals
