Job description

As a Caregiver Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of caregivers who provide care to individuals in need. This position requires a caring and compassionate individual with experience in caregiving and the ability to lead and supervise others.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the performance of caregivers ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct regular evaluations of caregivers performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Train new caregivers on proper care techniques and company policies.
• Coordinate schedules for caregivers to ensure adequate coverage for clients.
• Develop care plans for clients in collaboration with the caregiving team.
• Communicate with clients families to address any concerns or requests.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients condition.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a caregiver required.
