Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and companionship to clients, attending to their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
• Monitor and record clients' health conditions, reporting any significant changes to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules.
• Prepare meals and ensure clients receive adequate nutrition according to dietary plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping duties.
• Encourage and participate in activities to promote clients' mental and physical well-being.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care and support.
