Job summary

The Lakeside at Amelia Island, an upscale assisted living community operated by The Arbor Company, is seeking a compassionate Resident Care Assistant (RA) to provide hands-on care that promotes residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being in a warm, supportive environment. Available shifts include full-time 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and part-time 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Starting pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour plus shift differentials, with benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DSP, or PCT preferred.
• No certification required — we are willing to train the right person
• Memory Care experience is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented individuals

Available Schedules

• Full-Time Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Part-Time Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Shift Differentials Available

• +$1.50/hour for Evening & Overnight Shifts
• +$1.50/hour for Memory Care Shifts
