Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Valencia, CA is seeking a Part-time Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, safety and companionship. You will follow care plans, assist with personal care, and help with dining and living spaces to maintain a warm community environment.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes to resident plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
