Sunrise Senior Living Mgmt Inc. is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents in our community.

You will follow individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe, dignified, and engaging environment that enhances quality of life for our residents. This role involves interacting with families, coordinating with care leaders, and contributing to enriched experiences, including memory care activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range: 17.20 - 21.55
