Job summary

CareBuilders at Home in The Colony, TX seeks empathetic and reliable Caregivers to provide companionship and help with daily activities in clients' homes. You will assist with personal care, light housekeeping, errands, and transport as needed, while observing and reporting changes in health or mood.

Responsibilities of a Caregiver

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Skills and Qualifications of a Caregiver

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)
