Job summary

CareBuilders at Home is a national, non-medical home care provider dedicated to helping clients live independently at home with dignity and comfort. We are seeking empathetic caregivers to offer assistance, companionship, and reliable support for daily activities and wellbeing.

As a Caregiver, you will help with daily living tasks, provide friendly interaction, and ensure a safe, respectful environment while supporting clients and their families with flexible scheduling and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required.
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior; ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
