Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services- Tempe is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors across Tempe and surrounding areas. You will assist with daily living, transportation, and companionship, helping clients maintain independence.

Offers pay $17.50–$19/hour with weekend and VA shift uplifts, $500 sign-on bonus, $563 referral bonus, daily pay, flexible hours, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and 401k after 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Need reliable transportation.
• Required to pass background check and drug screens.
• Have access to email and a mobile smart device.
• Good understanding of the English language.
• Previous experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certified or can be within 30 days.
• TB tested (negative) or can be within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care to seniors in Tempe and surrounding areas.
• Assist with daily living activities and transportation as needed.
• Provide companionship to promote independence and well-being.

Pay and Benefits:

• $17.50 to $19.00 an hour, $1 more on weekends, $2 more for 2 hour VA shifts, $22.50 for split shifts, performance increases
