Job summary

Always Best Care is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in Tempe and surrounding areas. Roles include part-time and full-time positions with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily task assistance, and coordinating with families. A valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation are required, along with background checks and TB testing as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass background check and drug screens.
• Access to email and a mobile device.
• Good understanding of English.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• TB test negative or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors in clients' homes as scheduled.
• Provide companionship and basic assistance with daily activities.
• Coordinate with families and supervisors as needed.

Pay and Benefits

• $17.00 to $18.50 an hour, $1 more on weekends, $2 more for 2 hour VA shifts, performance increases
• $500 sign-on bonus
• $563 referral bonus program

  • Must be 18 years or older
