Christian Servants Home Care is hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Personal Care Workers to provide compassionate in-home care across Wisconsin. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour, with training provided for those new to caregiving.

Part-Time Day and Evening shifts are available, with potential for additional hours. You will support clients with daily activities, companionship, and respectful, confidential care in their own homes.

Formación

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required—we will train the right person.

Responsabilidades

• Provide non-medical assistance to help clients stay safely in their homes.
• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Support mobility, transfers and safe movement around the home.
• Assist with hearing aids, glasses, and other devices as needed.
• Remind about medications and monitor supplies.
• Plan, prepare and serve meals; light housekeeping duties.
• Handle laundry, vacuuming, bathroom cleaning, and changing bed linens.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; offer safe transportation and errands.

Christian Servants Home Care is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Personal Care Workers (PCWs) to provide compassionate in-home care for clients throughout Wisconsin.

No healthcare experience? No problem! If you have a caring heart, a dependable work ethic, and a desire to make a difference, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Personal Care Worker, you'll help clients remain safely and comfortably in their own homes by providing non-medical assistance, including:

Personal care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

Bathing

Dressing and grooming

Personal hygiene

Mobility and safe transfers

Assistance with hearing aids, glasses, and other adaptive devices

Medication reminders and monitoring medication supplies

Meal planning, preparation, and serving

Light housekeeping

Vacuuming

Laundry

Bathroom cleaning

Changing bed linens

Taking out trash

Companionship and emotional support

Transportation and errands, including grocery shopping

Respite care for families

Accurate documentation of services provided

Supporting clients with dignity, respect, and confidentiality

Qualifications
