Job summary

NEW Care, Inc. is seeking caregivers for full-time, 12-hour shifts (6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.) at Rost-Huebner Adult Family Homes in Crivitz, WI. Candidates should be energetic, patient, empathetic and dependable to help residents feel safe and comfortable.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, following healthcare plans, ensuring a safe home environment, and providing emotional and mobility support as needed. Equal opportunity employer with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR training beneficial.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High degree of attention to detail and discretion.
• Demonstrated common sense, judgment, communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Following a prescribed healthcare plan, which may include assisting with exercise and administering medication.
• Ensuring the home is organized according to residents' needs and that safety measures are in place.
• Keeps home and equipment clean, encouraging resident participation as willing or able.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to perform necessary tasks.
• Providing mobility assistance as needed (e.g., helping in and out of bed, chair, or wheelchair).
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Attendance is an essential part of the job.

NEW Care, Inc.'s Rost-Huebner Adult Family Homes assisted living facility is now accepting applications for full-time, 12-hour shifts, 3 days per week, 6:00p.m. to 6:00 a.m. positions. There are other opportunities for 12 hours shifts leading to overtime. The qualified individual must be energetic and dependable. To succeed as a caregiver, individual should be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. In addition, the individual should be observant and committed to making our residents feel safe and comfortable.
