HomeWell Care Services, Inc. is seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to provide non-medical in-home support in Stamford, CT. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping with daily tasks, companionship, and ensuring safety in the home.

Responsibilities include light cooking, housekeeping, personal care such as bathing and grooming, mobility assistance, and coordinating transportation for appointments. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and opportunities for training and development.

Formación

• CNA or HHA license or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in geriatric or chronically ill care is valued.
• Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide companionship and engage clients in personalized activities.
• Assist with light cooking, cleaning, and home safety.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal care as needed.
• Provide ambulation assistance and medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and run errands as required.

You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:

• Companionship
• Light cooking and cleaning
• Bathing, grooming and toileting
• Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
• Transportation for appointments and errands

QUALIFICATIONS

• CNA or HHA license preferred or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons
• Exceptional communication skills
• Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable
• Pass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)
