CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry matching you with clients in your area for non-clinical, in-home care. Work is on-site in client homes in Saint Louis, MO, as a 1099 contractor with part-time/per-diem options, letting you schedule shifts that fit your availability.

You control your hours through the CareLinx app. We’re seeking experienced caregivers with at least 6 months of caregiving or CNA/HHA/MA certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to communicate in

Competenze

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or CNA/HHA/MA certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English; bilingual caregivers encouraged.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs): transportation and errand support, hospital discharge escort, Telehealth navigation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
