Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is a nationwide caregiver registry that lets you set availability and match with clients to fit your schedule. We’re hiring experienced non-clinical in-home caregivers to support health plan members and private clients in your area, with control over how much you work and how it fits your life.

On onboarding, you’ll work with the CarePartner team to find the right matches based on location, client needs, and your availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply).
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition or self-care abilities to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
