Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare is hiring in-home caregivers in O'Fallon, IL to provide non-clinical care to health plan members and private clients. Work is on-site in client homes, with 1099 contractor status and part-time/per-diem scheduling; you control availability via the CareLinx app, and our team matches you with suitable shifts.

You will complete tasks in the CareLinx mobile app, document care activities, and communicate with the CarePartner team while maintaining patient privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent).
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets).
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training and medical clearance may be required depending on assignment (TB test, physical, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx app during each shift
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times
• Additional shift opportunities (based on client needs): Transportation and errand support, Hospital discharge escort, Telehealth navigation

WHAT YOU'LL DO

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)
• Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)
• Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes
• Must pass a background check
• Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):
• Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts
• Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening
• Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts
• Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
