Job summary

Caring for Family of Companies is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in their own homes across the community. You will provide companionship, prepare meals, and handle light housekeeping while ensuring safety and comfort.

You’ll assist with personal care and mobility, and you may support clients with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. Training and certifications are provided, with flexible day, evening, night, and weekend shifts to fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Able to pass a background check
• Experience in caregiving or senior care is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, meals, light housekeeping, and errands
• Assist with personal care and mobility
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s/Dementia
• Perform nurse-delegated tasks as needed

Requirements

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts

OUR SERVICE AREA

Work with Clients in your own community! We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Springfield, Albany, Oakridge, Veneta, Florence, Roseburg, Sutherlin, Junction City, Mapleton, Sweet Home, Brownsville and Cottage Grove.

Salary Description

$18 - $22 per hour
