Caring for Others is hiring compassionate caregivers to serve seniors across Oregon communities. The role focuses on companionship, daily living support, and maintaining dignity in home settings.

You’ll provide meals, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance while building trusted, ongoing relationships with clients. We offer hands-on paid training, shift flexibility (Day, Evening, Overnight), and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or elder care is preferred.
• Must be 18+ with valid license and insured transportation.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care (mobility support).
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands.
• Support clients with memory care needs (Alzheimer's/Dementia).
• Perform nurse-delegated tasks as directed.

Requirements

You're a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts

We are hiring for multiple caregiver opportunities, including Day, Evening, Night (NOC), and Overnight shifts, as well as Weekend, Bilingual, CNA, and Lead Caregiver roles. Caregivers are based out of Eugene, Springfield, Corvallis, Springfield, Albany, Oakridge, Veneta, Florence, Roseburg, Sutherlin, Junction City, Mapleton, Sweet Home, Brownsville and Cottage Grove.
