Senior Helpers of Cerritos is seeking compassionate Caregivers to support seniors in their homes with safety, comfort, and independence. Weekend availability is preferred, and responsibilities include assisting with personal care and daily activities.

Applicants must complete the CA HCA registration and Live Scan, provide a TB test, and bring at least 1 year of caregiving experience. Valid driver's license and a vehicle are a plus as transportation may be needed for clients.

Competenze

• Complete the California-required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Live Scan prior to orientation.
• Provide a current negative TB test.
• Have at least 1 year of experience assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes.
• Experience may include caring for a family member, working in a care facility, or providing in-home care.

Mansioni

• Help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Requirements

• Complete the California-required Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration and Live Scan fingerprinting prior to orientation.
• Provide a current negative TB test.
• Have at least 1 year of experience assisting adults with personal care, including diaper changes.
• Experience may include caring for a family member, working in a care facility, or providing in-home care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle strongly preferred.
• Many of our clients require transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other errands.
