Current Immediate Need in Somersworth

Our new male client needs assistance with breakfast, showering, dressing, and medication reminders. He has dementia and communicates verbally with difficulty. Light housekeeping is also required. The position is 25 hours/week, from 8:00 am to 11:30 am, six days a week.

We offer a variety of shifts, from short mornings to longer days, within 30 minutes of Somersworth. Part-time and full-time hours are available, with quick application processing.

About Us

Right at Home Southern NH, the only nurse-owned agency in NH, has been awarded provider of choice for four consecutive years. We specialize in assisting aging adults with bathing, dressing, toileting, and companionship. Experience is preferred for dementia and total care cases, but training is available for new hires.

Caregiver Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and access to transportation
• Willing to travel up to 30 minutes
• Minimum 18 years old
• Comfortable with housekeeping, companionship, and light personal care
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Pass pre-employment background, health, drug, and reference checks

Bonus Points:

• LNA, caregiving, or healthcare experience

Pay Rate:

$17.00–$18.00/hour on weekdays and $19.00–$20.00/hour on weekends, depending on experience.
