Infallible Home Care LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers in Grant, Michigan to provide long-term in-home support. You will assist with daily living activities, manage medications reminders, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for clients of various ages.

Qualified applicants have at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work independently. Background checks are required, and competitive pay is offered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide long-term care and personal assistance.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and medication reminders.
• Utilize premium skills like first aid and knowledge of residents' rights to ensure quality care.
• Drive to appointments or outings as needed, utilizing a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrate compassion and empathy while supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or Alzheimer's.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including meal preparation and light housekeeping tasks

Requirements:

• 1+ years of professional caregiving experience with seniors, MUST include previous employment history when applying
• Able to work Independently
• View/treat vulnerable population with empathy, dignity, and respect
• Pass background check
• Valid driver's license and ability to transport clients with clean driving record as well as proof of car insurance.
