CareBuilders at Home in Kingston PA is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team serving Taylor, Pittston, Dallas and surrounding areas. You will provide in-home support, assist with daily living, personal care, and medication management with respect and privacy.

We offer competitive weekly pay, flexible scheduling, ongoing training, and a collaborative team environment. Prior caregiving experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with lifts and transfers performed safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; healthcare-related study is a plus.
• Prior caregiving, healthcare, or related field experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients with minimal assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to ensure prompt intervention and support.
• Implement care plans and modifications as directed by healthcare professionals to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to expand your skills and knowledge in the care of older adults and individuals with disabilities.
