Job summary

CareBuilders at Home – Kingston PA is seeking experienced caregivers to provide compassionate, reliable in-home support in the Pittston area. You will assist clients with daily living activities, offer companionship, and help with light housekeeping to support independence and well-being.

We welcome applicants who are dedicated to making a positive impact in the community and can contribute to a supportive, safe home environment for clients across all shifts seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver providing personal care and companionship.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with elderly or disabled clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as meal prep, laundry, and tidying.
• Occasionally accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisory staff to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.

• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.

• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.

• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.
