• Flexibility for varying shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based, person-centered care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and medication management.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor client condition and report changes for prompt intervention.
• Implement care plans and ensure client safety and well-being as directed by supervisors.
• Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of work.
• Participate in ongoing education and training to expand skills in elder and disability care.

• Implement care plans and modifications as directed by healthcare professionals to ensure client safety and well-being

• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of your work

• Participate in ongoing education and training to expand your skills and knowledge in the care of older adults and individuals with disabilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post‑secondary education in a healthcare‑related field preferred

• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a related field a plus
