Job summary

Endeavor In Home Care seeks compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in the Scottsdale area, backed by a dedicated care manager and 24/7 support. You will follow care plans, assist with daily living activities, and document care to ensure safety and dignity for clients.

We offer weekly W2 pay starting at $17+/hour, overtime and holiday pay, free CPR/First Aid training, mileage reimbursement, and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification required.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray required.
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card required.
• Clean background check required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) per care plans.
• Encourage client participation in care and maintain nutrition and hydration.
• Keep accurate client records during shifts per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests.

Your Role as a Care Hero

As a caregiver with Endeavor, you provide compassionate support that helps clients keep their dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For

Minimum requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. This is a safety-sensitive position.
