Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a compassionate caregiver to join our Missouri team. You will connect one-on-one with clients to provide personalized home care and help maintain independence in daily living.

We offer a competitive $16/hour starting rate, weekly direct deposits, paid training, flexible scheduling, and access to multiple medical plans. You control your schedule and travel time within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 50 LBS.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Preparing/cleaning up after a meal.
• Bathing/personal care.
• Basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting).
• Laundry.
• Providing companionship.
• Running errands.
