Job summary

Endeavor Home Care Group in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay in their homes. You will work with a dedicated care team and a care manager who checks in on you, providing support on days, nights, and weekends.

We offer weekly W-2 pay starting at $17+ per hour, free CPR and First Aid training, overtime and holiday pay at 1.5x, mileage reimbursement, and generous referral bonuses. A background check and drug screening are required for safety.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. This is a safety-sensitive position.
• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray.
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card.
• Clean background check.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transfers, based on their individual care plans.
• Encouraging clients to participate in their own care and maintain proper nutrition and hydration.
• Keeping accurate client records during each shift in compliance with company policies.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment.
• Responding promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests.
