Job summary

Endeavor In Home Care is a Phoenix-area home care provider seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in their homes. You will join a dedicated team with a care manager who checks in regularly and a live office presence for after-hours support.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or personal).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (safety-sensitive position).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers) per care plans.
• Encourage client participation in their own care and maintain proper nutrition/hydration.
• Keep accurate client records during each shift in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies or client requests.

Your Role as a Care Hero

As a caregiver with Endeavor, you provide compassionate support that helps clients keep their dignity and independence. Responsibilities include:

What We're Looking For Minimum Requirements

• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray
• AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Card
