Job summary

Sevita invites you to join its D&S Community Services team in Science Hill, KY as a caregiver. You will help individuals with daily living, participate in community activities, and promote independence with compassionate support.

Shifts vary and may include overnights, weekends, and non-traditional hours. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required, with paid orientation for new staff and a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care or care coordination preferred.

SCIENCE HILL CAREGIVER

Pay: $14.50/hour

Schedules Available

Full‑time: 32+ hrs/week: Tue 8a-4p, Thu 8a-4p, Sat 8a-8p, Sun 8a-8p = 40 hrs Full‑Time in Science Hill

Please Read The Requirements Carefully

• Must have a valid full Driver’s License for at least 12 months after receiving your permit/intermediate and reliable vehicle with insurance and registration used to transport clients
• Must be available to attend 2 week of paid orientation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please Note

We do not offer traditional Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedules. Shifts are based on client needs and may include: 16-hour overnight shifts (4:00 PM – 8:00 AM), Weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday), Varying hours depending on staffing needs
