Job summary

The Kidz Club PPEC in Sarasota, FL seeks compassionate caregivers to provide hands-on daily care for medically complex children. You will support activities of daily living, encourage independence and work within a nursing‑supervised, multidisciplinary team.

We offer Full-time, Part-time and PRN roles with hours Mon–Fri 6am–6pm, Sat 8am–4pm; Sundays and major holidays are closed. Benefits include Paid Time Off, 401K, health benefits/HRA and student loan reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, warm and clear in interaction with children and families.
• Ability to engage with children beyond passive supervision.
• Comfortable with basic computer use and electronic charting.
• Childcare/healthcare experience preferred, not required.
• Current negative TB test (PPD) required.
• Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification required.
