Job summary

Sharecare, Inc. on behalf of CareLinx is hiring in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical, in-home care to health plan members and private clients in the Santa Clarita area.

You’ll set your availability via the CareLinx app, be matched with clients, and control your schedule with per-diem flexibility. Onboarded caregivers will work with the CarePartner team to secure right matches based on location, client needs, and availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
• Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Reliable transportation to and from client homes.
• Must pass a background check.
• Program-specific training may apply prior to accepting shifts.
• Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam, or drug screening; driver license and MVR check if driving shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, medication reminders (non-clinical), and light housekeeping.
• Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
• Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
• Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
• Communicate with your CarePartner regarding any case updates or client changes.
• Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe environment; maintain client confidentiality.
• Maintain consistent schedules and proactive communication with clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Core responsibilities for all caregivers:

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required qualifications:

Minimum 6 months ofcaregiving experience, OR relevant education/certification (CNA, HHA, MA, or equivalent)

Accessto a smartphone capable of running theCareLinxapp (requiredfor scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from client homes

Must pass a background check

Program-specific requirements (may apply depending on assignment):

Completion of program-specific training prior to accepting shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test, physical exam, or drug screening

Valid driver's license and MVR check if accepting driving shifts

Additionaldocumentation may berequiredbased on state law or client contract
