Extended Family Home Care is hiring Caregivers, PCAs, and LNAs for in-home positions across Southern New Hampshire and Coastal Maine. You’ll provide one-on-one care, helping seniors stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Qualifications

Caregiver Responsibilities

  • Incontinence care
  • Support safe ambulation and transfers
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Document care in a daily log (health, wellbeing, and activities)

Caregiver Requirements & Preferences

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle
• Open availability strongly preferred
• Must be able to pass a criminal background checkExperience is a plus (not always required):
  • PCA (Personal Care Aide)
  • LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant)
  • Caregiver, companion, or similar roles
