Job summary

Extended Family Home Care is hiring Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), and Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for in-home care positions serving Southern New Hampshire and Coastal Maine. We offer flexible schedules, a supportive team, and room to grow as a caregiver in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid Driver’s License, automobile insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Experience as PCA/LNA or caregiver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors and families.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility support.
• Help with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Assist with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation.
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical).
• Document care in a daily log (health, wellbeing, activities).
