Job summary

Mercer Terrace is hiring caregivers to provide compassionate, hands-on support for residents in assisted living. You will assist with daily activities and promote safety, dignity, and independence in a respectful setting.

Applicants should be at least 18, have a High School Diploma or GED or relevant experience, and preferably prior experience in assisted living. We value diverse, inclusive workplaces and provide accommodations during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Ensure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition and document care provided.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, family members, and other team members.

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Ensure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence
